There may be more we can do for you
When you started with us, we made you a promise. We’d take the paperwork off your plate so you could spend more time with patients and less time buried in admin. The calls, the authorizations, the rescheduling. That promise hasn’t changed.
What may have changed is your practice. You’ve added providers, shifted schedules, picked up new payers, or started seeing different patients. The help you needed a year ago may not be the help you need today.
So I’d ask you to take a few minutes this week and look at your day. What’s still landing on your desk, or your front office’s desk, that shouldn’t be? What task do you keep putting off? What would you hand off tomorrow if you could?
Then tell us. Many clients don’t ask because they don’t know what else we can do. Reply to this, call your account manager, or reach out to me directly.
